Description

The Mediterranean ground meat pan with feta is a quick and easy low-carb main course from the Thermomix®. With onions, zucchini, peppers and ground beef, a delicious meal is created in just 30 minutes. The recipe is ideal for light cuisine and suitable as a family meal. It yields 4 servings.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 400 g Zucchini
  • 2 Stück red Bell peppers
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 EL Chopped parsley
  • 150 g Feta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Nutmeg

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions and garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Prepare vegetables

Halve 400 g zucchini lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Cut 2 red bell peppers into strips.

Brown ground meat

Brown 500 g ground beef in a pan with salt and pepper.

Add vegetables to the ground meat

Add the browned ground meat, onions and garlic from the mixing bowl to the pan. Add zucchini and peppers and sauté for approx. 3 min.

Stir in tomatoes and parsley

Stir 400 g chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp chopped parsley into the ground meat and vegetables in the pan.

Simmer and season

Let it simmer for 5 min. and season everything with salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder and nutmeg.

Serve

Serve with 150 g feta.
