Description

This dish of chicken breasts in garlic sauce is a classic of Spanish cuisine, perfect for a quick and tasty meal. The combination of the candied garlic with the tender chicken and the touch of white wine creates an explosion of flavours in each bite. I prepare it often because it is very easy to make and it always succeeds at home. In addition, it can be accompanied with a fresh salad or some steamed potatoes for a complete meal. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 gramos diced chicken breast
  • 8 piece garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 piece extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 piece wheat flour

Preparation (6 steps)

Candied garlic

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/194°F/Velocidad Cuchara/Giro Inverso 90 Reverse

Peel 8 garlic cloves and place them in the Thermomix bowl. Add extra virgin olive oil to cover them. Program 10 minutes/90°C/spoon speed/reverse turn.

Remove the garlic and reserve the oil

Remove the candied garlic from the bowl and set aside. Also reserve the flavored oil in a separate container.

Prepare the chicken

Season 500 grams of chicken breast cut into tacos with salt and pepper and lightly flour.

Brown the chicken

Thermomix® Setting
8 min/Varoma/Velocidad 1/Giro Inverso Varoma Reverse

Pour the reserved oil into the Thermomix bowl. Add the floured chicken and program 8 minutes/Varoma/speed 1/reverse turn. The chicken should be golden on the outside.

Incorporate the garlic and the wine

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Velocidad 1/Giro Inverso 100 Reverse

Add the reserved candied garlic to the bowl. Pour 150 ml of white wine and program 10 minutes/100°C/speed 1/reverse turn. Observe until the alcohol evaporates.

Add the parsley

Thermomix® Setting
10 Seg./Velocidad 1/Giro Inverso Reverse

Add chopped parsley to taste and mix 10 seconds/speed 1/reverse turn.
