Preparation (4 steps)
Preparation of the chicken
Clean the chicken, wash it thoroughly, salt it and pepper it. Arrange the chicken in a baking pan.
Preparation of the potatoes
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into chunks. Distribute the potatoes around the chicken in the baking pan.
Addition of lemon juice and oil
Drizzle the chicken and potatoes with the juice of the lemons and the extra virgin olive oil. Add two cups of water to the baking pan.
Baking in the oven
Bake everything at 180°C and let it cook for about an hour, turning the chicken from time to time so that it can roast evenly on all sides.
