  • 2 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup margarine
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

Prepare Chicken and Garlic

Place 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces, and 1 clove of crushed garlic in a bowl. Toss to combine. There is no Thermomix setting for this step.

Coat Chicken with Flour

Add ½ cup all-purpose flour to the chicken and garlic mixture. Toss to coat, shaking off any excess flour. There is no Thermomix setting for this step.

Melt Margarine

Add ½ cup margarine to a skillet and heat over medium-high heat until melted. There is no Thermomix setting for this step.

Cook Chicken

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned. There is no Thermomix setting for this step.

Add Mint and Lemon Juice

Add ½ cup chopped fresh mint leaves and ¼ cup fresh lemon juice to the skillet with the chicken. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes, just until the chicken is cooked through. Do not overcook the chicken. There is no Thermomix setting for this step.
