Description

This creamy chicken with curry and leeks is a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a quick weeknight meal. I love the sweetness of the leeks that blends wonderfully with the fragrant curry and the smooth sour cream. In just a few minutes, you will get a comforting and full of flavor dish. Ideal to accompany basmati rice or fresh pasta. Feel free to add a pinch of chili to boost the taste and a few fresh mint leaves for a touch of freshness. A real treat!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 4 piece chicken breasts
  • 2 piece leek whites
  • 10 cl sour cream
  • 2 c. à c. curry
  • to taste fine salt
  • 2 branche mint
  • to taste olive oil

Preparation (7 steps)

Sliced leeks

Cut the leek whites into thin slices. Place them in the Thermomix bowl.

Chop the leeks for 5 Sek./Stufe 5.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Adding the chicken and curry

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Add them to the Thermomix bowl with the curry and salt. Mix gently with the spatula.

Cook the chicken for 10 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.

2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the sour cream and mix for 2 Min./90°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.
