Description

This chicken marinated with lemon and garlic is a simple and tasty delight, perfect for a light and fragrant meal. The marinade, prepared in a flash with the Thermomix®, infuses the meat with fresh and tangy flavors. I love preparing this dish for a sunny lunch or a quick weekday dinner. The chicken is tender and juicy, with a subtle taste of garlic and lemon that delights the taste buds. Feel free to add some Herbes de Provence for an extra Mediterranean touch. A real treat!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 4 piece chicken breasts
  • 3 c. à s. olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic peeled
  • 2 piece lemons (zest and juice)
  • to taste Parsley
  • to taste Mill pepper
  • to taste Salt or fine salt

Garlic preparation

Thermomix® Setting

Put 2 peeled garlic cloves in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 Sek./Stufe 7.

Marinade preparation

In a shallow dish, mix the chopped garlic from the Thermomix, the zest and juice of 2 lemons, 3 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper from the mill. Mix well.

Chicken marinade

Put the 4 chicken breasts in the dish with the marinade. Coat the chicken fillets well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Pan-frying the chicken

Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade. Heat a little oil in a pan and gently brown the chicken breasts until they are almost cooked. Add a little marinade at the end of cooking.

Service

Sprinkle with fresh parsley sprigs and serve immediately.
