Description

I love preparing these light stuffed tomatoes, it's a dish that smells of summer and Mediterranean cuisine. The stuffing made with ground beef, wholemeal bread and herbs from Provence is just perfect for garnishing these beautiful tomatoes. Cooking in parchment paper helps preserve all the flavor and tenderness of the vegetables. It is a complete and balanced dish, ideal for a sunny lunch or a light dinner. The preparation is quite simple, and baking in the oven does not require much supervision. A real treat for the taste buds and a dish that I often make to receive friends or for a family meal. Feel free to vary the herbs according to your tastes!
