Description

This recipe for chicken in chive-egg-shell is a high-protein main course that is quick and easy to prepare.   • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 1 EL Coconut oil

Prepare chicken

1 Cut chicken breast into small pieces and season with pepper.

Whisk egg and add chives

1 Whisk egg in a bowl and add chopped chives. Whisk 1 egg with some chives for 10 sec. / Level 3.

Fry chicken

Roll chicken pieces in egg. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a pan. Fry the chicken pieces in a separate pan with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
