Description

This poultry dish with fine vermicelli is a real treat, perfect for autumn or winter evenings. I often prepare it when I want a comforting and easy to make dish. The vermicelli, cooked in a fragrant poultry broth, absorb all the flavors and become incredibly soft. The poultry, cut into small pieces, cooks quickly and remains tender. Fresh mushrooms add a touch of freshness and texture. A little fresh cream at the end brings a perfect creaminess. It is a complete dish, quick to prepare and that pleases the whole family. Feel free to add some seasonal vegetables for an even more gourmet version!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 250 g Angel hair pasta
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 cube Poultry broth
  • 200 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. à soupe Fresh cream

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop onions

Put the onion in the bowl and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 5.

Sauté the onion and cook the chicken

Add a little oil to the bowl and sauté the onion 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Add the chicken cut into small squares and cook 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Prepare the broth

Meanwhile, melt the 2 cubes of poultry broth in 500 ml of hot water.

Add the mushrooms

Add the sliced mushrooms to the bowl and cook everything 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Remove and set aside

Remove the chicken, mushroom and onion mixture from the bowl and set aside.

Brown the vermicelli

Add 2 tbsp of oil to the bowl and heat 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Add the vermicelli and brown 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Cook the vermicelli

Add half of the broth (250 ml) to the bowl and cook the vermicelli 8 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Put the chicken back and simmer

Put the chicken, mushrooms and onion back into the bowl and simmer 5 Min./90°C/Stufe 1.

Add the cream and serve

In the rest of the broth (250 ml), dilute 1 tbsp of fresh cream. Add the broth and cream mixture to the bowl and mix 1 Min./90°C/Stufe 1. Serve and enjoy.
