Description

This curd stollen is a traditional pastry that is particularly popular in winter. With ingredients such as curd, butter, raisins and almonds, it is a hearty treat. Preparation in the Thermomix® makes kneading the dough easier. After baking, the stollen can be dusted with powdered sugar.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Curd
  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 g Raisins
  • 200 g Almonds
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 0.5 Stück Lemon
  • 1 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 0.5 Päckchen Vanilla sauce powder
  • 1 doppelten Rum

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare ingredients

Add 500g flour, 250g curd, 250g butter, 200g sugar, 200g raisins, 200g almonds, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt, a little lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, 1 packet of baking powder, 1/2 packet of vanilla sauce powder and 1 double rum to the mixing bowl.

Prepare dough

Process all ingredients in the mixing bowl to form a dough. 2 min./kneading stage.

Bake stollen

Shape the dough into a stollen and bake at 180°C for 1 hour. With convection air approx. 45 minutes.
