With this Thermomix® recipe you can conjure up fresh bread rolls without yeast in a flash. The secret is baking powder, which makes the dough loose and fluffy. Simply put flour, baking powder, salt, milk and oil in the mixing bowl, knead briefly and put in the oven. The result? Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside - perfect for topping with everything your heart desires. The rolls are not only super quick to make, but also taste really delicious. Ideal for those who have little time or simply don't have any yeast at home. Even baking beginners can't go wrong here. Try it out, you will be thrilled!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Oil

Mix dry ingredients

Remove the standard knife and insert the Patix dough knife.

Add liquid ingredients and mix

Add milk and oil and process into a dough: 2 min/kneading setting.

Shape dough

Shape the dough into a roll on a floured work surface and cut into 8 equal pieces. Shape the dough pieces into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake rolls

Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
