Description
This creamy savoy cabbage stew from the Thermomix® is a hearty and inexpensive main course with savoy cabbage, potatoes and onions. The vegetarian soup is ready in just 30 minutes and makes 2 servings. Ideal for quick, warm cuisine and suitable for pre-cooking. Perfect for anyone looking for a simple and satisfying family meal.

500 g Savoy cabbage

250 g Potatoes

20 g Oil

700 ml Water

1 TL Salt

0.5 TL Pepper

1 Prise Nutmeg
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop onions
Add 2 onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Sauté onions
Add 20g oil to the onions and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Chop potatoes and savoy cabbage
Add 250g potatoes and 500g savoy cabbage to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.
Cook stew
Add 700ml water, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper and 1 pinch of nutmeg and cook for 20 min./100°C/reverse/speed 1.
