Description

This hearty turkey stew with oyster mushrooms and bulgur is a savory main course that is ready in about 45 minutes. The recipe is designed for 2 servings and is ideal for a filling meal. The stew is rich in protein and vegetables, making it a balanced option.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 piece yellow Onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 450 g SONNwohl Turkey-sliced
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Bulgur
  • 800 ml Chicken broth or Water
  • 2 tbsp Viennese seasoning
  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • Parsley leaves
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop Onion and Garlic

Place 1 yellow Onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 2 cloves of Garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Push down with the spatula.

Fry sliced meat

Heat 2 tbsp Sunflower oil in a separate pan. Fry 450 g of Turkey-sliced in it until lightly browned. Add Onion and Garlic and sauté until translucent. Add 200 g of Mushrooms and continue frying everything for about 2 minutes.

Add Bulgur and soup

Sprinkle 100 g Bulgur into the mixing bowl and briefly sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Pour in 800 ml Chicken broth or Water, season with 2-3 tbsp Viennese seasoning, Salt and Pepper.

Simmer stew

15-20 min/212°F/Speed 1 212°F

Close the mixing bowl and simmer the stew covered for 15-20 min./100°C/speed 1 until the bulgur is soft. Add 200 g Broccoli after about 10 minutes.

Arrange

Add the fried ingredients from the pan to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./100°C/speed 1. Cut 1 small bunch of Radishes into wedges. Season the stew to taste and arrange with Radishes and some Parsley leaves.
