  • 1 kilogramo Lean pork meat
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 1 piece Green pepper
  • 1 cucharadita Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 piece Large onion chopped into cubes
  • 2 dientes Minced garlic
  • 1 cucharadita Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Preparation of the vegetables

Cut the onion into quarters and the garlic cloves in half. Introduce into the Thermomix glass and program 3 sec./Speed 5. Lower the remains of the walls with the spatula.

Add the olive oil to the glass. Program 3 min./120°C/Speed 1.

Add the peppers

Cut the red and green peppers into medium pieces. Add them to the glass and program 5 sec./Speed 4.

Program 5 min./120°C/Speed 1.

Brown the meat

In a separate pan, brown the diced pork over medium heat with half of the lemon juice. Reserve.

Final cooking

15 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed Schaufel 100 Reverse

Add the browned meat to the Thermomix glass. Incorporate the tomato sauce, the rest of the lemon juice, the white wine, the salt and the pepper. Program 15 min./100°C/Reverse direction/Spoon speed.
