Preparation (3 steps)
Melt Ceres
112 kg Ceres into the mixing bowl and melt for 5 min./50°C/speed 2.
Add Rum, Powdered Sugar and Pudding Powder
Add 2 tbsp Rum, 112 PKG Powdered Sugar and 2 tbsp Pudding Powder and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.
Add Cocoa and Yana
Add 16 dag Cocoa and 1 PKG Yana and mix for 1 min./speed 4.
