Description

This Thermomix® recipe for chocolate spritz biscuits is a festive highlight during the Christmas season. The main ingredients are butter, powdered sugar, hazelnuts and cooking chocolate. 300 g Butter
300 g Powdered sugar
240 g Grated hazelnuts
240 g Grated cooking chocolate
Grated chocolate for sprinkling

Mix butter and powdered sugar

Add 300 g butter and 300 g powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min/speed 4.

Add hazelnuts and cooking chocolate

Add 240 g grated hazelnuts and 240 g grated cooking chocolate and stir in for 2 min/speed 3. Use a spatula to push everything away from the edge.

Process dough

Fill the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Alternatively, the dough can also be turned through a meat grinder with a spritz biscuit attachment.
