Description

I've been making this salad for years, and it's always a hit! The combination of flavors and textures is simply irresistible. Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 16 ounce elbow macaroni
  • 2.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 can chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 5 ounce
  • 2 can baby shrimp, drained
  • 4 ounce
  • 1 piece large cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1 piece small sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 piece hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 piece hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 pinch paprika

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook the macaroni

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain. Rinse macaroni with cold water until chilled; drain well.

Prepare the dressing

In the mixing bowl, add 2 ½ cups mayonnaise, ¼ cup white vinegar, 1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper. Mix 20 Sec./Stufe 3 until smooth.

Combine ingredients

Add 2 (5 ounce) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked, 2 (4 ounce) cans baby shrimp, drained, 1 large cucumber, seeded and chopped, and 1 small sweet onion, chopped to the mixing bowl. Mix 10 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2 to coat ingredients completely.

Add eggs and macaroni

Add 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped to the mixing bowl and stir 5 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 1. Pour chilled macaroni into the bowl and stir 5 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 1; top with sliced eggs.

Garnish salad with 1 pinch paprika. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour to overnight before serving.
