Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 2 EL Mayonnaise
  • 1 Becher Cream or natural yogurt

  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 1 TL Herbs

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare iceberg lettuce

Clean half of the iceberg lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Prepare cucumber, onions and tomatoes

Wash half the cucumber, 1-2 onions and 3-4 tomatoes. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and use the appropriate blade (fine or coarse, depending on the desired thickness) to slice the cucumber. Collect the sliced ​​pieces. Cut the onions into rings. Also slice the tomatoes with the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the sliced ​​pieces.

Prepare leek

Wash the leek and cut into slices.

Prepare eggs and cooked ham

Cut the 6 hard-boiled eggs into slices. Also cut the 5 slices of cooked ham into slices.

Prepare bell peppers

Wash the 2 bell peppers (yellow and red), core them and cut into strips.

Layer the salad cake

Provide a cake plate or a large plate with a springform ring. Layer the prepared ingredients one after the other, pressing down lightly in between.

Prepare the sauce
