Description

This lemon salmon with vegetables is a recipe that I often prepare because it is very simple and healthy. The salmon is juicy and with a delicious citrus touch, and the steamed vegetables retain all their nutrients. It is ideal for a light dinner or a quick lunch. In addition, it can be prepared in advance and heated at the moment. A complete and flavorful dish that always triumphs at home! Perfect for those looking for a nutritious and easy to make option in everyday life. It can be accompanied with brown rice or quinoa for an even more complete meal.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 piece piece of salmon without bones
  • 1 bolsa frozen vegetables
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 500 ml water

Prepare the vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
25 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Place 500 ml of water in the Thermomix bowl. Put the bag of frozen vegetables in the Varoma. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.

Prepare the salmon

After 10 minutes of cooking the vegetables, carefully open the Varoma. Place the piece of salmon without bones in the center of the Varoma, on top of the vegetables. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of one half over the salmon. Cut the other half of the lemon into slices and place them on top of the fish.

Cook the salmon and vegetables

15 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Close the Varoma and continue cooking for 15 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 1. Verify that the salmon is cooked to your liking. If necessary, cook for a few more minutes.

Serve

Remove the Varoma carefully. Serve the lemon salmon with the steamed vegetables immediately.
