Quick and easy curry sauce, perfect with meat, vegetables or tofu.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Schuss Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch Celery salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Put onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Scrape down with the spatula.

Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Chop garlic

Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7. Scrape down with the spatula.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add curry powder, tomato paste, vegetable broth, cream, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and mustard and cook for 15 min./100°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Puree the sauce for 30 sec./level 8-10, slowly increasing the speed. Hold the lid firmly.

Fry meat in a separate pan.

Add meat to sauce

2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 194°F Reverse

Add the fried meat to the sauce in the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.
