Description

This gnocchi pan with salmon and leaf spinach is an absolute favorite when you need something quick! The combination of tender gnocchi, juicy salmon, and fresh spinach is simply unbeatable. I've been making this recipe for years and it's always a hit, especially with guests. The preparation is super easy and doesn't take long, so it's ideal for a stressful everyday life. If you like, you can add some lemon juice for an extra fresh note. A quick, tasty, and healthy dish that the whole family will love!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 400 g Leaf spinach
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 500 g Gnocchi (from the refrigerated section)
  • 50 ml Whipping cream
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop garlic

Put 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down with the spatula.

Fry salmon

Cut 400 g salmon fillet into cubes. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry the salmon cubes on all sides for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté gnocchi and garlic

Put the remaining olive oil (1 tbsp) and the chopped garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add spinach and tomatoes

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Put 500 g gnocchi, 400 g leaf spinach and 200 g halved cherry tomatoes in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1 until the spinach collapses.

Add cream and broth

2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add 50 ml whipping cream and 50 ml vegetable broth to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Stir in salmon and season

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/122°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 50 Reverse

Carefully add the fried salmon cubes to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./50°C/reverse rotation speed 1. Season with salt and pepper.
