Description

This sautéed poultry with vegetables is a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a weeknight meal. I love using seasonal vegetables like carrots and zucchini, which add a touch of freshness and color. Soy sauce adds an umami flavor that pairs perfectly with chicken. This dish is quick to prepare and can be served with rice or noodles for a complete meal. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Chicken cutlet
  • 4 piece Carrot
  • 2 piece Zucchini
  • 1 piece Onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation of chicken cutlets

Cut the chicken cutlets into medium-sized pieces on a cutting board. Set aside.

Preparation of the vegetables

Wash the carrots and zucchini. Cut them into juliennes. Peel the onion and slice it thinly.

Cooking the onion

Put the sliced onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop it for 3 Sec./Level 5. Add a little oil and cook for 3 Min./120°C/Level 1.

Adding the vegetables

Add the carrots and zucchini cut into juliennes to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 5 Min./120°C/Level 1.

Cooking the chicken

Sauté the chicken pieces in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.

Mixing and final cooking

15 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the sautéed chicken to the Thermomix bowl with the vegetables. Pour in 2 glasses of water and 4 tbsp of soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Simmer for 15 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation Level 1.
