Description
This seafood noodle dish is a comforting classic, perfect for a quick and tasty meal. The combination of thin noodles with a seafood preparation and an aromatic fish broth creates an explosion of sea flavors in every bite. I often prepare it when I want something simple but special. The sweet onion gives it a smooth touch and the extra virgin olive oil enhances all the ingredients. It is ideal to enjoy at any time of the year and surprise your guests with a dish full of flavor and tradition!

100 g noodles n°4

0.5 bolsita seafood preparation for paella

350 ml fish broth
-
0.5 piece sweet onion
-
to taste EVOO
Preparation (6 steps)
Brown the noodles
In a pan, brown 100 g of noodles n°4 with a little olive oil. Reserve the browned noodles.
Chop the onion
Place 1/2 sweet onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5.
Sauté the onion
Add a little extra virgin olive oil to the Thermomix bowl and sauté the chopped onion for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.
Cook the seafood
Add 1/2 bag of seafood preparation for paella to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 3 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.
Add the broth and noodles
Add 350 ml of fish broth and the browned noodles to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 15 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.
Rest and serve
Remove the Thermomix bowl, cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
