  • 800 gramos potatoes
  • 2 dientes small garlic cloves
  • 3 cucharadas mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt

Cooking the potatoes

Peel, wash and cut 800 grams of potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Place the potatoes in the Thermomix bowl. Add water to cover the potatoes and a pinch of salt. Program 25 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Grate the garlic

Peel 2 small garlic cloves. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and place them in a bowl. Grate the garlic cloves over the hot potatoes and mix gently with the spatula.

Cool the potatoes

Let the potatoes cool completely in the bowl. This step is crucial so that the mayonnaise does not melt.

Mix with mayonnaise

Once the potatoes are cold, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix gently with a spatula until well combined. Adjust the amount of salt to taste.
