Description

These crêpes are incredibly simple to make and do not require eggs, making them perfect for people with allergies or those who simply do not have any on hand. The dough is light and easy to work with, and the result is a deliciously fluffy crêpe. I like to serve them with icing sugar, jam or even homemade chocolate sauce. They are ideal for a gourmet breakfast, a Sunday brunch or a quick and easy dessert. Preparation is quick, and cooking only takes a few minutes per crêpe. A real treat for the whole family!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 300 g flour
  • 60 cl milk
  • 2 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 1 c. à s. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. à s. oil

Preparation (3 steps)

Mixing the ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Pour 300 g of flour, 60 cl of milk, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of fine salt and 1 tbsp of powdered sugar into the Thermomix bowl. Then add 3 tbsp of oil. Mix everything for 30 Sek./Stufe 4 until a smooth, lump-free dough is obtained.

Cooking the crêpes

Heat a crêpe pan on the hob with a little oil. Wipe the pan with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Place a ladle of batter in the hot pan and cook the crêpe on each side until golden brown. Place the cooked crêpe on a plate.

Repeating the cooking

Repeat the previous step until all the dough is used up. Occasionally add a little oil to the pan using paper towel to prevent the crêpes from sticking.
