1 Rolle Puff pastry
4 Scheiben Pineapple
4 Scheiben Cooked ham
1 Stück Egg yolk
80 g Grated cheese
Garden cress

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare puff pastry

Roll out the puff pastry from the refrigerated section and spread it out on a work surface.

Top puff pastry

Top the puff pastry with the 4 slices of pineapple and the 4 slices of cooked ham.

Roll and cut puff pastry

Roll up the topped puff pastry and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.

Brush puff pastry

Whisk the 1 egg yolk and brush the puff pastry slices with it.

Bake puff pastry

Place the puff pastry slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
