Description

This exotic fruit sorbet is an absolute hit for hot days! I love making it because it's so quick and you can use almost any fruit. The exotic mix gives the sorbet a special touch, but berries or apples also taste fantastic. If you like it a little more sour, you can add a splash of lemon juice. The sorbet is perfect as a light dessert or just as a snack. And the best part: it's ready in no time!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

500 g Fruits (exotic mix), frozen
60 g White powdered sugar
2 tsp Lemon juice optional
1 piece Egg white optional

Preparation (2 steps)

Pulverize sugar

Thermomix® Setting

15 sec/Speed 10

Put 60 g white powdered sugar into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 15 sec/level 10.

Prepare sorbet

1 min/Speed 5

Add 500 g frozen fruits (exotic mix), 2 tsp lemon juice (optional) and 1 egg white (optional) and stir until creamy for 1 min/level 5 with the help of the spatula.
