Description

These spaghetti with shrimp are a real delight, quick to prepare and full of summer flavors. I love this recipe because it's perfect for a sunny lunch or a casual dinner with friends. Fresh tomatoes and basil delicately flavor the shrimp, while the touch of fresh cream brings an irresistible smoothness. It is a simple but elegant dish, which is sure to please the whole family. Feel free to add a little chilli to enhance the taste if you like spicy dishes. A real treat!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 c. à s. of fresh cream
  • Salt or fine salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 c. à s. of olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 3 clove of garlic
  • 0.5 bouquet of basil
  • 20 pink shrimps

Preparation (6 steps)

Chopped garlic and basil

Put the 3 cloves of garlic in the bowl and chop 3 sec./level 7. Add the ½ bunch of basil and chop 3 sec./level 5.

Preparation of the tomato sauce

Add the olive oil and the diced tomatoes to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 15 Min./100°C/level 1.

Cooking the shrimps

5 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the butter and the pink shrimps to the bowl. Cook 5 Min./100°C/Reverse rotation level 1.

Adding fresh cream

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the fresh cream to the bowl and mix 1 Min./90°C/Reverse rotation level 1.

Cooking the pasta

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta.

Final mixing

Pour the shrimp sauce over the spaghetti and mix gently. Serve immediately.
