Description

These creamy spaghetti with assorted mushrooms are a comforting and delicious dish, perfect for a quick weekday meal or a special dinner.   • 500 gramos Spaghetti
  • 400 gramos Assorted mushrooms
  • 8 piece Mushrooms
  • 0.5 piece Onion
  • 200 mililitros Milk cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop the onion

Put ½ onion in the glass and chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5. Lower the remains of the walls of the glass with the spatula.

Add a little oil to the glass and sauté the onion for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Crush the mushrooms

10 sec/Speed 7

Add 4 mushrooms cut into pieces and 400 grams of assorted mushrooms to the glass. Crush for 10 Sek./Stufe 7.

Slice the remaining mushrooms

Meanwhile, cut the remaining 4 mushrooms into slices and reserve.

Add the sliced mushrooms

Add the sliced mushrooms to the glass and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.
