Description
These spaghettis with garlic and fresh tomatoes are a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a quick weeknight meal. I love the freshness of the tomatoes and basil, which go wonderfully with the garlic. The preparation is ultra-fast thanks to the Thermomix®, which allows you to chop the garlic and mix all the ingredients in the blink of an eye. It's a vegetarian dish that the whole family will enjoy, especially in summer when tomatoes are at their peak. Feel free to add a little chili to spice up the taste!

3 piece fresh tomatoes

500 gr spaghettis cooked al dente
Preparation (3 steps)
Preparation of garlic and tomatoes
Put 2 cloves of garlic in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 Sek./Stufe 7.
Adding tomatoes and basil
Add 3 fresh diced tomatoes and a few fresh basil leaves to the Thermomix bowl.
Mixing the ingredients
Add salt and olive oil to taste. Mix gently with the spaghettis cooked al dente (7m) in a salad bowl.
