Description

This recipe for spaghetti with smoked salmon in lemon cream is an absolute classic that I always enjoy preparing. The combination of the salty smoked salmon, the fresh lemon and the creamy cream is simply unbeatable. It is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for lunch or a light dinner. It tastes especially good when you use fresh parsley. Preparation with the Thermomix® makes it even easier and faster. A great dish for fish lovers and pasta fans!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 200 g Cream
  • 0.5 piece Lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Zehe/n Garlic
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth instant

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Put 2 cloves of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Prepare lemon sauce

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Put 1 tbsp butter, 200 g cream, the juice of half a lemon and the zest of half a lemon and the chopped garlic into the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./90°C/speed 2.

Season sauce

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 1 tsp vegetable broth instant, salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Add smoked salmon and parsley

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/122°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 50 Reverse

Add 200 g smoked salmon cut into strips and 0.5 bunch of chopped parsley to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./50°C/reverse rotation speed 1. The sauce must not boil anymore.

Prepare spaghetti

While the sauce is being prepared, cook 250 g spaghetti according to the package instructions in a separate pot.

Serve

Drain the cooked spaghetti and serve with the smoked salmon lemon sauce.
