Description

This simple, yet incredibly aromatic pasta dish from Sicily is a real treat! The Spaghetti Siracusa Style, as I like to call them, are perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner. The combination of crispy, toasted breadcrumbs, salty anchovies, capers and olives is simply irresistible. I often make this dish when I need something quick and still want to put something special on the table. The preparation is child's play and the result is a feast for the senses. Try it, you will be thrilled! It tastes especially delicious with fresh herbs such as parsley or basil.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 320 g Spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 6 piece Anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp Salt-cured capers
  • 50 g Black olives
  • 50 g Green olives

Toast breadcrumbs

Extra virgin olive oil in the bowl, 3 Min./120°C/Speed 1. Add breadcrumbs and toast for 5 Min./120°C/Speed 2. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl and bring to a boil for 10 Min./100°C/Speed 1.
