Description
These summer tricolor skewers are an explosion of freshness and flavor, perfect for a quick aperitif or an outdoor brunch. The classic caprese combination with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil is combined with the sweetness of watermelon and melon, creating an irresistible mix. I often prepare them when I have unexpected guests, because they are colorful, tasty and ready in a moment! The feta adds a salty touch that perfectly balances the sweetness of the fruit. A simple and original idea to bring the flavors of summer to the table.

8 piece mozzarella cherries

8 piece cherry tomatoes

8 foglia basil

8 cube watermelon

8 cube feta

8 foglia mint

4 slice cured ham
Preparation (5 steps)
Caprese Skewers
Thread a mozzarella cherry, a basil leaf, a cherry tomato on a wooden stick and repeat so that each skewer has two pieces of each ingredient. Repeat for three more skewers.
Season the Caprese skewers
Season the caprese skewers with olive oil and fine salt to taste. Mix 5 seconds/speed 3 to blend the ingredients.
Watermelon Skewers
Thread a cube of watermelon, a mint leaf, a cube of feta cheese on a wooden stick and repeat. Do the same for 3 more skewers.
Ham and Melon Skewers
Cut the melon slices into cubes and remove the seeds. Thread a piece of melon on a wooden stick, place a slice of cured ham in the center and complete with another piece of melon. Repeat for three more skewers.
Serve the skewers
Arrange all the skewers on a serving dish and serve immediately.
