1 cucharada margarine
0.5 piece chopped onion
1.5 cup cream
1.5 cup evaporated milk
6 cup frozen corn in grains, cooked
1 cucharada chopped chives (optional)
salt
pepper

Sauté the onion

Place the margarine and chopped onion in the Thermomix glass. Sauté for 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1, until the onion begins to brown.

Add the cream, evaporated milk and 4 cups of cooked frozen corn to the glass. Cook without the measuring cup for 10 Min./90°C/Stufe 2, without letting it boil.
