Description

These mascarpone and coconut bites are a real indulgence! I often prepare them when I feel like something sweet and tasty, but I don't want to spend hours in the kitchen. The recipe is very simple and quick, perfect even for the little ones. The hazelnut cream heart makes these sweets even more delicious and irresistible. Ideal for a birthday party or simply to pamper yourself a little. They are prepared in just 10 minutes and then left to cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Try them, they will win you over!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • 150 g Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp White Martini
  • 10 cucchiaini Nut-nougat cream

Preparation (6 steps)

Mascarpone and sugar in the bowl

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Pour the mascarpone and granulated sugar into the bowl. Mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. 20 Sec./Level 3.

Addition of coconut flour and liqueur

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Add the coconut flour and white liqueur to the bowl. Mix until a soft and workable dough is obtained. 30 Sec./Level 4.

Form the balls

Take a teaspoon of dough and form balls with your hands. Slightly flatten each ball with the back of a teaspoon. No Thermomix settings needed.

Stuff with hazelnut cream

Place a teaspoon of hazelnut cream in the center of each flattened ball. Close the dough on itself with the help of your hands, forming balls again. No Thermomix settings needed.

Cover with coconut flour

Roll each ball in coconut flour, making sure it is completely covered. No Thermomix settings needed.

Cool in the refrigerator

Arrange the balls on a serving dish and transfer them to the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow them to harden. No Thermomix settings needed.
