Peel and cut the onions in half. Put them in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Level 5. Transfer to a container and set aside.

Put the garlic clove in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Level 7. Transfer to a container and set aside with the onions.

Chicken cooking

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the pieces of chicken on each side for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Put the chopped onions and garlic in the Thermomix bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for 3 Min./120°C/Level 1.
