Description

The best garlic sauce with the Thermomix® is ready in just 10 minutes. The main ingredients are garlic, egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and oil. The recipe yields 4 servings and is ideal as a dip, side dish for grilling or for parties. This vegetarian garlic sauce is easy to prepare and versatile.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 3 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 1 Stück Egg yolks
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL Lemon juice
  • 150 ml Oil
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop garlic

Place garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Add egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice

Add egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice to the garlic in the mixing bowl.

Create emulsion

Close the mixing bowl and insert the measuring cup. Emulsify for 2 min./speed 4, letting the oil run slowly through the opening in the lid.

Season the garlic sauce with salt and pepper and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
