Description

This Bee Sting Tiramisu recipe is a delicious combination of two classics. The preparation is medium difficulty and takes about 2 hours. Ideal as a dessert for brunch or festive occasions. Contains milk, almonds and wheat.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 ml cold Milk
  • 1 Stück Dr Oetker Paradise Cream Vanilla
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 200 g flaked Almonds
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 40 g Butter
  • 200 g Ladyfingers

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare ladyfingers

Place half of the ladyfingers in a rectangular baking dish (approx. 20 x 16 cm, at least 1.5 l capacity) and soak with 100 ml Milk.

Prepare Tiramisu cream

Thermomix® Setting

Put 300 ml cold Milk into the mixing bowl. Add cream powder and whisk until creamy for 3 min./speed 4. Stir in Mascarpone and briefly stir on speed 3.

Layer Bee Sting Tiramisu

Spread half of the Tiramisu cream on the ladyfingers, place the remaining ladyfingers on top and soak with the remaining Milk. Spread with the remaining Tiramisu cream. Place the Bee Sting Tiramisu in the refrigerator until ready to process.

Prepare Bee Sting Topping

Caramelize sugar and almonds in a coated pan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Deglaze with Cream, stir in Butter and bring to a boil briefly. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.

Finish Tiramisu

Spread the still warm Bee Sting Topping with a tablespoon on the Tiramisu. Place Bee Sting Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
