Description

This chilindrón chicken is a classic Spanish dish that always reminds me of family meals. The combination of tender chicken with tomato and pepper sauce is simply delicious. Preparing it in the Thermomix® greatly facilitates the process, and the result is spectacular! It is perfect for a comforting meal at any time of the year, but especially in autumn and winter. The recipe is very simple and can be easily adapted to everyone's tastes. Go ahead and try it, you will not regret it!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 25 g Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 100 g Onion
  • 100 g Green pepper
  • 100 g Red pepper
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 500 g Chicken thighs or chopped chicken
  • 125 g Tomato sauce or fried tomato
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Chicken preparation

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs (or the pieces that have been purchased). If it slips, you can help with a cloth. With one hand grab the chicken thigh by the meat and with the other pull the skin, grabbing it with a kitchen towel. With this technique it will come out more easily. Reserve.

Chop the vegetables

Peel the onion and chop it into quarters. Wash and clean the peppers, removing the stalks and seeds, and chop them. Put the onion and peppers in the Thermomix bowl and blend for 4 seconds at speed 5.

Vegetable sauté

Next, sauté the vegetables by programming the Thermomix for 10 minutes, Varoma temperature and speed 1.

Add the chicken and the rest of the ingredients

30 min/Varoma/Linkslauf Speed Löffel Varoma Reverse

Add the chicken thighs (or the chopped chicken), white wine, tomato sauce, salt and ground black pepper to the Thermomix bowl. Program 30 minutes, Varoma temperature, left turn and spoon speed.
