Description

These savory cheese triangles are an absolute hit at every party! I like to make them again and again because they are so quick and easy to prepare. The dough is kneaded in the Thermomix® in no time at all and after a short cooling time, the little delicacies can go into the oven. The Gouda provides a spicy taste that is simply irresistible. Perfect as a snack for in between meals or as a side dish to a salad. If you like, you can add some pepper or paprika powder to the dough. Have fun baking!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 170 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g grated Gouda
  • 1 piece Egg yolk

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Put 170 g flour, 100 g butter, 100 g grated Gouda and 1 egg yolk into the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading setting to a smooth dough.

Chill dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out and shape dough

Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface. Cut out cheese holes with piping nozzles or other cutters. Cut the dough into triangular cheese pieces with a pizza cutter.

Bake cheese triangles

Spread the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (convection) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
