Description
This turkey rice casserole is a hearty main course, ideal for the whole family. With tender pieces of turkey, creamy rice, and a delicious cheese topping, it's a real treat. Preparation takes about 60 minutes and yields 4 servings.

100 g Crème fraîche

100 ml Cream

150 g Cheese, grated

Salt and pepper

250 g Turkey cutlets
-
100 g Corn kernels from a jar
Preparation (5 steps)
Cook rice
Cook rice in a pot with water until al dente and set aside.
Prepare sauce
In a bowl, mix crème fraîche, cream, 100 g cheese, salt, and pepper.
Prepare turkey
Rinse turkey cutlets with cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sauté meat in a separate pan.
Layer casserole
Grease baking dish. Add half of the cooked rice and spread evenly. Top with half of the corn kernels, sautéed turkey pieces, and cream sauce. Repeat once more. Finally, sprinkle the remaining cheese (150g) over the casserole.
Bake casserole
Bake casserole for 5 minutes at high heat and 25 minutes at the lowest heat.
