Description

This dish is a quick and easy version of a classic Italian dish. I like to make it when I need something quick, but still delicious. The combination of minced meat spaghetti and juicy turkey mozzarella is simply unbeatable. I prepare the minced meat sauce in the Thermomix®, which is super quick. The turkey cutlets are then fried in a pan and topped with mozzarella. A great dish for the whole family that is guaranteed to please everyone! It tastes especially good with fresh basil.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 große Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Broth
  • 1 EL Herbs
  • 850 ml Tomatoes (can)
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 2 Stück Organic turkey cutlet (à 180-200 g)
  • 10 g Clarified butter
  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella
  • Basil for garnish

Preparation (9 steps)

Prepare carrots, onion and garlic

Cut 200 g carrots, 1 large onion and 2 cloves of garlic into coarse pieces.

Chop vegetables

Put the prepared carrots, onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.

Sauté vegetables

Add 2-3 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add minced meat

Add 400 g mixed minced meat, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 2. Use a spatula to mix everything.

Finish sauce

20 min/212°F/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add 250 ml broth, 1 can (850 ml) tomatoes and approx. 1 tbsp herbs and simmer for 20 min./100°C/speed 1. Activate reverse rotation.

Cook spaghetti

While the sauce is simmering, cook 400 g spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions.

Fry turkey cutlets

Season 2 organic turkey cutlets (à 180-200 g) with salt and pepper. Heat 10-20 g clarified butter in a pan and fry the cutlets in it until golden brown on both sides.

Melt mozzarella

Place the fried turkey cutlets in a baking dish. Cut 1 (125 g) buffalo mozzarella into slices and spread on the cutlets. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 5-10 minutes until the mozzarella has melted.

Arrange and serve

Arrange the spaghetti on plates, pour over the minced meat sauce and add the baked turkey cutlets. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
