Description

Delicious and healthy stuffed salmon with a tomato and herb filling.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Salmon fillet
  • 1 Stück Shallot
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 200 g Chopped tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 Bund Parsley
  • 0.5 Bund Dill
  • 1 TL Lemon juice
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Place 1 shallot and 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides.

Sauté onions and garlic

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the chopped shallots and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add tomatoes and herbs

Add 200 g chopped tomatoes (canned), 1 bunch chopped parsley, 1/2 bunch chopped dill, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 min./100°C/speed 1 Reverse Blade Function.

Refine filling

Add 50 g cream cheese and stir for 20 sec./speed 3 Reverse Blade Function.

Fill salmon

Spread 4 salmon fillets (150 g each) with the tomato-herb filling and fold together. Secure with kitchen twine.

Sear salmon

Sear the stuffed salmon fillets in a separate pan with 2 tbsp olive oil on both sides.

Cook salmon in oven

Place the seared salmon fillets in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
