2 Beutel Mild fruit tea
500 ml Water
2 EL Maple syrup
1 Orange
200 ml Cranberry juice
4 Star anise
Ice cubes
4 Cinnamon sticks

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare tea

Place two bags of mild fruit tea in a pitcher. Heat 500 ml of water in the Thermomix for 5 min./100°C/speed 1. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.

Sweeten and cool the tea

Remove the tea bags from the pitcher. Add 2 tbsp maple syrup and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Let the tea cool completely.

Prepare orange

Wash an orange, slice it, and then quarter it.

Let the punch steep

120 min/Speed 1/Linkslauf Reverse

Pour the cooled tea, 200 ml of cranberry juice, the orange wedges and 4 star anise into a large pitcher. Mix everything carefully and stir for 120 min./speed 1/Reverse. Then let steep for 2-3 hours.
