Description

These filled ham wraps are a quick and tasty snack for in between meals or a light lunch. I especially like to make them in the summer when things need to be quick and you don't feel like spending a long time in the kitchen. The combination of the salty ham, the fresh vegetables and the creamy cream cheese is simply unbeatable. The wraps are great to prepare and take with you, so ideal for a picnic or lunch box. If you like, you can add some chili for a slight spiciness. An absolute favorite recipe!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 0.5 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 piece mini cucumber
  • 2 tbsp corn - canned
  • 4 piece lettuce leaves
  • 2 piece Wraps
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 slice cooked ham

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop pepper and cucumber

Thermomix® Setting

Put 1/2 red bell pepper in coarse pieces and 1 mini cucumber in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Then transfer to a bowl.

Prepare lettuce

Cut 4 lettuce leaves into thin strips and add to the rest of the vegetables in the bowl.

Top wraps

Spread 2 wraps on a work surface. Spread each wrap with 2 tbsp cream cheese and top with 2 slices of cooked ham. Then top with the prepared lettuce, pepper, cucumber and 2 tbsp corn from the can.

Roll and serve wraps

Roll the wraps together tightly, cut in half and serve or fill in lunch boxes.
