Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare meat and onions

Cut 600g of meat (turkey, chicken, or pork) into strips. Peel 1 onion and cut into strips.

Prepare marinade

Place 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Add 100 ml olive oil, 3 tsp sweet paprika powder, 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp salt, 0.5-1 tsp cumin, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1 tsp hot mustard and 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Marinate

Add the meat and onions to the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.

Sear meat

Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Then, sear in portions in a pan without oil. Keep the portions warm in the oven at approx. 60 °C fan oven.
