Description

This basic yeast dough recipe is ideal for preparing sweet baked goods. With the Thermomix®, the dough is quick and easy to make. The preparation time is about 2 hours, including the resting time for the dough. The recipe is suitable for baking beginners and yields a smooth dough.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 270 g lukewarm milk
  • 9 g fresh yeast
  • 80 g sugar
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 Päckchen vanillin
  • 1 Prise salt
  • 1 Ei egg
  • 60 g soft butter
  • 1 Ei egg yolk
  • 2 EL cream

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare yeast-milk-sugar mixture

Add 270 g lukewarm milk, 9 g fresh yeast and 80 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./37°C/speed 2 until everything is completely dissolved.

Knead the dough

Add 500 g wheat flour, 1 packet of vanillin, 1 pinch of salt and 1 egg to the milk mixture in the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading stage.

Add butter and finish kneading the dough

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/Kneading speed

Add 60 g soft butter and continue to knead the dough for 4 min./kneading stage to form a smooth, supple yeast dough.
