A simple and tasty garlic soup, perfect for cold days.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 piece Onion

10 Zehen Garlic
-
Flour
-
1 container Whipping Cream
-
0.5 container Crem Fresh
-
Salt
-
Pepper
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion
Peel onion and halve, then place in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5.
Sauté onion
Add oil and sauté 3 min./120°C/level 1.
Add garlic and sauté
Peel garlic cloves and add. Chop 3 sec./level 7 and sauté with the onion 2 min./120°C/level 1.
Dust with flour and sweat
Add flour to taste and sauté lightly for 1 min./120°C/level 1.
Pour in water and simmer
Pour in water, stir and simmer for 15 min./100°C/level 1.
Purée soup
Purée soup for 30 sec./level 8-10, holding the lid firmly.
Refine with cream and Crème fraîche
Add whipping cream and Crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil briefly for 2 min./90°C/level 2.
