Description

This recipe for bread rolls is easy to prepare and ideal for a delicious breakfast or brunch. The bread rolls are vegetarian and baked in the oven. With a preparation time of approx. 3 hours and 25 minutes, including the rising time of the dough, they are perfect for a relaxed weekend. The recipe yields 8 servings.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 300 ml Water
  • 1 EL Honey
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 540 g Flour (550)
  • 1 Pck Dry Yeast

Heat water

Add 300 ml water to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./37°C/speed 1.

Prepare yeast

Add 1 packet of dry yeast to the warm water in the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./speed 2.

Prepare dough

Add 540 g flour (550), 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp salt to the yeast water in the mixing bowl. Insert the Patix dough knife instead of the standard knife and knead for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough.

Let the dough rise

Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours until the volume has doubled.

Shape bread rolls

Divide the dough on a floured work surface into 8 equal pieces and shape into bread rolls.

Bake bread rolls

Place the bread rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes.
