Description
This recipe makes a creamy mayonnaise. The preparation takes only a few minutes and is easy. The mayonnaise is ideal as a dip, for salads or as a base for other sauces. It is vegetarian and can be refined with fresh herbs as desired.

220 ml Rapeseed oil

1 TL Sugar

2 EL Lemon juice

Parsley

Dill

Chives

Garlic
Preparation (6 steps)
Put eggs, salt, mustard and pepper in the mixing bowl
Put 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon) and 1/2 tsp pepper (white) into the mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients
Mix the ingredients for 10 sec./level 4.
Add rapeseed oil and sugar
Add 220 ml rapeseed oil and 1 tsp sugar to the mixing bowl.
Emulsify mayonnaise
Emulsify the mayonnaise for 1 min./level 5.
Add lemon juice
Add 2-3 tbsp lemon juice and stir for 5 sec./level 3.
Add herbs (optional)
Add parsley, dill, chives or garlic as needed and chop for 3 sec./level 5.
